Firstly: Allowed Period for Exchange and Return
Customers can request an exchange or return of products within a period not exceeding two days from the date of order receipt.
 
Secondly: Exchange and Return Conditions
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original accessories, tags, and labels. A purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided to request an exchange or return.
 
Thirdly: Costs Related to Exchange and Return
If the reason is our responsibility (such as a damaged product or incorrect delivery), we will bear the return costs. If the reason is not our responsibility (such as a change of mind), the customer may incur return costs.
 
Fourthly: Exchange and Return Requests
The customer must contact us via email or the dedicated WhatsApp number. The customer will be guided through the necessary procedures.
 
Fifthly: Processing Time for Exchange and Return
We will work to process exchange or return requests as quickly as possible. We will inspect the returned products and inform the customer of the acceptance of the return or exchange request. This process may take up to five days from the date of receiving the returned products.
 
Sixthly: Refund Policy
The paid amount for the returned products will be refunded to the original payment method.
 
Seventhly: Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Products
Some products may not be eligible for exchange or return due to their unique nature.
